Meals of Happiness (MoH) is a not-for-profit organization committed to eradicating hunger and malnutrition among underserved communities in India. Our mission is to provide nutritious, high-quality food and ration kits to children from underserved communities and migrant cancer patients.
At MoH, we believe that investing in child nutrition and education is one of the most effective entry points for human development. Our “Earn Your Own Meal” program empowers female artisans by providing them a platform to showcase their talents and earn a livelihood. We also offer skill development opportunities to enhance their craft and broaden their economic prospects.
In addition, we recognize the pervasive issue of hunger, particularly among vulnerable populations in villages and towns in India. Our initiative involves identifying families in need and supplying them with monthly rations to ensure they have access to nourishment during critical times, such as the course of cancer treatment.
As a response to the devastating consequences of the pandemic, we served over 1,00,00,000 hot meals and distributed 15,000 ration kits across to slums in Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andaman & Nicobar, Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir and Madhya Pradesh. Our efforts have also empowered female artisans, providing them with a platform to showcase their talents and earn a livelihood.
Meals of Happiness (MoH) is a non-profit dedicated to reducing hunger and providing nutritious meals to India’s less privileged. We serve 700-800 hot meals daily to underprivileged children and cancer patients. Additionally, we distribute monthly rations to 150 families in need.
